The slide from the FDA presentation was available online in late 2020; I saw it, as did my husband. It has since been removed.
That being said, we talked to people about these *potential* outcomes and it didn't matter to them. They decided to roll the dice and decided death from C0VID was more likely than death from the vaxxine. So far, many have been lucky.

Swine and RSV shots were stopped after <50 deaths. You are certainly correct, that is the 'gamble' many people took; the crime is that they were likely convinced there was no good treatment for covid or their death risk was very high, as opposed to the realities of successful early treatment and much lower death rates with it.
